Privacy policy

When you create a profile: name, email, phone number and password. The password is never stored readable — only a cryptographic hash of it (scrypt), which cannot be turned back into the original.

When you post a listing: everything you enter in the form — title, price, city, category, description, photos and contact details.

Technical: a session cookie that keeps you logged in, a few preference cookies, and standard server logs (IP address, request time) kept by our hosting for security.

The listing you publish is public — including your name. The phone number on a listing is your verified number, and only logged-in users can see it. That is the entire point of a classified listing: buyers must be able to reach you.

Your email is NOT public and appears nowhere on the site.

If you would rather not show your number, tick “Hide the number” when you post — buyers then message you on the site.

To run the service: show your listing, keep you logged in, connect your listings to your profile.

For safety: to prevent fake listings, spam and abuse. That is why a daily posting limit and listing reports exist.

We do not sell your data and do not pass it to third parties for marketing.

Listings stay until you delete them, or until we remove them for breaking the rules.

Profile data stays as long as the profile exists. You can delete your profile yourself in Settings (with a code by SMS) — we then delete every listing, photo and message attached to it. Records of paid featuring are kept for accounting, without your name.

Sessions expire after 30 days.

You have the right to request a copy of your data, to correct it, or to have your profile deleted entirely.

Some of it you can do yourself: edit or delete your profile in Settings, and delete listings from My listings.

For anything else write to info@oglasi360.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

We email you about things tied to your profile: confirming your email, a new password, security notices, new messages and questions, changes to your listings, decisions on reports and payment receipts. The legal basis is our agreement with you (using the service).

Emails about messages, questions and listings can be turned off in Settings → Email notifications, or with the “Turn off these emails” link at the bottom of every email. Security notices, payment receipts and decisions about your listings always arrive.

We send promotional emails only if you separately agree, and you can always unsubscribe in one click. You can object at any time to the use of your data for direct marketing.

Emails are sent for us by Resend (Resend, Inc., USA) under a data processing agreement with standard contractual clauses. We keep a record of sent emails (address, type, time) for up to 12 months, for security and support.

We use a strictly necessary session cookie, so you stay logged in, and a few preference cookies: your currency, the categories on the home page and the last category you searched. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking.

The theme (light or dark) and unfinished listings are stored only in your browser.

Language choice lives in the URL (/mk, /sq, /en), not in a cookie.
